Centralized documents, controlled access and a protected edge
A client of Marcos Reis for more than ten years, since long before iRon King was founded, and still served today.
The challenge
Diniz Angelo’s documents were scattered across the lawyers’ computers, each with their own, with no single place to store and share them or to control who accesses what. In a law firm, where documents are the raw material and confidentiality is an obligation, that is a risk.
Solution and results
A server was deployed that centralizes the lawyers’ accounts and the firm’s files, with access policies that define who can open each folder. At the network edge, a Next Generation Firewall protects the whole structure. And Wi-Fi coverage was extended so clients stay connected while they are being served.
